Technical Suit Return Policy & Care Instructions
Tech Suit Return Policy
Returns or exchanges may be made within 30 days of purchase in new and unused condition with original receipt, tags attached and original packaging. Suits that have been tried on are not considered new and unused and are not returnable. Suit will be examined and we reserve the right to refuse any tech suit return if any signs of try-on or use are visible. Any shipping charges paid are nonrefundable, and any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, any exchanges made will require a separate shipping charge to be paid.
If you rip your suit within 30 days of purchase, upon examination and approval, return of suit, original receipt & with sewn-in tag attached, if applicable, we will have sewn seam repaired at no charge. If we cannot have your suit repaired, we will allow a one-time purchase at 50% off the MSRP of equal or lesser value, or 50% off a “Sale” suit as marked. If you would like to keep your ripped suit, you may make a one time purchase at 35% off the MSRP of any tech suit or “Sale” suit as marked.
"Sale" tech suits priced at a discount of 30% off the MSRP or higher are excluded from this policy; all sales are final on these "Sale" tech suits.
New Tech Suit Instructions - Before Putting On
-Relax your suit by gently stretching the material, seams and openings, making sure not to snag your suit with jewelry or fingernails.
-If possible, put your new tech suit on at home for the first time, when you are not rushed, and your environment is calm and the temperature is cool. Take proper time and care in putting your suit on to reduce risk of ripping or puncturing.
-Warm up in your new tech suit before racing in it for the first time, so that you become familiar with how it feels in the water and can make any placement adjustments on your body as needed.

-Do not wear for extended periods of time.

-Do not roll up in a towel.
-Shake suit lightly to shed any excess water.
-Lay flat to dry completely, and store draped over a smooth hanger.
-Do not machine wash or dry, or use any soaps, detergent or other chemicals.
