We always want to make the custom gear process simple—whether you’re ready to go with finished artwork or starting from scratch. Our goal is to ensure your final product looks sharp, professional, and fulfills your vision.


Already Have Artwork?

Great! We can work with most print-ready files. If you have files but they are not print-ready, we can help prepare them for low- or even no-cost.

To get started:

  • Email all relevant files to info@eastvalleysports.com (or an EVS salesperson if you are already working with one)
  • Preferred file formats: AI, Vector PDF, or high-resolution PNG
  • Make sure all fonts are outlined, vectorized, or included
  • Use high-resolution images (300 DPI recommended)
  • Include any notes on changes you would like to the files before production

What happens next:

  • Our team will review your files
  • We’ll contact you if any adjustments are needed

Need Help Creating a Design?

Happy to help! Whether you have a rough idea or no idea at all, our design team will help bring your vision to life.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Tell us what you need
    • Share your team name, colors, logos (if any), and ideas
    • Inspiration images you found online or basic sketches are always helpful
  2. We create your design
    • We will develop a custom concept based on your request
    • We usually focus on clean, bold designs that look great on sporting goods, but will tailor to your specific situation
  3. Review & revise
    • You’ll receive a digital proof from an EVS salesperson, along with any notes we have for you
    • Request any changes—we can refine if needed 
  4. Approve & produce
    • Once artwork is approved, we will finalize pricing if we haven't already
    • Once an invoice has been issued and any upfront payments have been received, production will begin

Design Guidelines

These are not hard rules, but tend to produce the best results:

  • Keep designs bold, clean and easy to read from a distance
  • Less is more
  • Use high-contrast color combinations (light colors on dark garments and vice versa)
  • Avoid small or unnecessary details that may not print clearly or would clutter the design
  • When in doubt, our team will provide input on what will work best

Turnaround Time

  • Review of Submitted Files: approx. 1–2 business days
  • Custom Design: approx. 2–4 business days (depending on complexity)
  • Revisions: approx. 1–2 business days
  • Production begins after final approval and initial payment
