Return Policy & Disclaimers

All returns will be physically inspected and we reserve the right to refuse a return at any time. All returns require proof of purchase such as a receipt or the original card used. If you are unclear on any of these policies, please ask an EVS employee.

USED GEAR & SALE TECH SUITS: 

We do not buy, sell or accept returns on any used gear. The only exception is our "Sale" Tech Suits which may include suits that were used in our try-on sets (as tried-on tech suits are not considered new). These suits have never been used in water. Please note Sale Tech Suits are ALL SALES FINAL, NO EXCEPTIONS. Inspect Sale Tech Suits carefully before purchase. See below for more info on our Tech Suit Return Policy.

ONLINE TEAM STORES ORDERS: 

Custom decorated items (including team logos) are not returnable or exchangeable. Please make selections carefully. Undecorated items may be returned within 14 days of purchase in new and unused condition with tags attached, as allowed by the other Return Policies on this page.

SWIM SUITS, GEAR & ACCESSORIES (excluding tech suits): 

Swim gear can be fragile and the corrosive nature of chlorine can cause even the highest quality swim gear to show wear or break as soon as the first time being used. Most swim gear manufacturers will not consider any items used in water as defective, even if only used once. Please note once any swim gear has been worn in water it cannot be returned, NO EXCEPTIONS. Exercise extreme care with your swim gear and inspect all items carefully for defects before using them for the first time. Undecorated items in new and unused condition with tags attached may be returned within 14 days of purchase.

OTHER ITEMS:

Other undecorated gear may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase in new and unused condition, with tags intact. Any items marked as Clearance, discounted at 50% OFF MSRP or more, or specified as Final Sale are NOT RETURNABLE.

SHIPPING: 

Shipping on approved items for exchange or return are paid at the customers expense, unless there is an order or product error on our part.
