Please read these instructions before entering the Art Portal. If the directions are not properly followed, it may lead to delays or additional fees!

IMPORTANT: Please do NOT email us screenshots or requests from the Art Portal - all Art Portal requests must be officially submitted through the Art Portal itself.

What is the Art Portal? The Art Portal is a tool for us to work together to get production-ready artwork made for your custom apparel order. 

When should I use it? If you are working with us (or plan to be) on a custom apparel order for your team or group, but don't have artwork to use yet, this tool is meant for you! Even if you do have artwork, feel free to browse the Art Portal - you may like something you find or combine a template with the artwork you have!

How does it work? Browse our expansive library of design templates. We recommend using the filters, as they tend to give more relevant results than the search bar. When you find one you like, click on it and note what we should change for you (i.e. change the school name to "Skyline High School", make the stripes red and white, etc). When you're all done, fill out your contact information and submit the request. We will get started on it and contact you with any questions or concerns. Again, please do not email us Art Portal requests. You can always email us with questions, additional information or relevant files, but all official artwork requests must be submitted via the Art Portal itself.

What does it cost? If you are working with us on a custom apparel order, your first design mockup with one revision is typically no charge! Note that additional or more complex mockups or revisions may incur art fees - we will notify you before proceeding if that is the case. There may also be additional fees to add your custom logo to a design, as we would need vector artwork of the logo.
