Free Shipping On Orders Of *$59 Or More

- Usually ships out within 2-4 business days unless items are out of stock.
- Custom Team Gear Stores are not eligible for free shipping on orders of $59 or more.
- Offer only applicable to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.
- Orders are shipped either UPS or USPS depending on package, size, weight, and delivery location.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by inclement weather or incorrect addresses.
East Valley Sports has the right to end or change this offer and will either cease advertisement of the offer or will adjust advertisement to reflect the changes made.
EVS Return Policy
- We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. EVS will return or *exchange eligible items in NEW and UNUSED condition, with tags intact and packaging within 30 days of purchase. BEFORE USE examine your products for any manufacturers' defects or shipping errors. EVS will replace eligible UNWORN and UNUSED defective merchandise or correct shipping errors within 30 days of receipt. Manufacturers' warranties do apply.
- * Items not eligible for return or exchange are: CUSTOMIZED, EMBROIDERED, EMBELLISHED, DECORATED, DISCONTINUED, CLOSED OUT, FINAL SALE OR DIRECT SHIPMENTS FROM MANUFACTURER.
- *Swimsuits are personal items, and made of delicate fabric. Arizona's harsh conditions can cause swim suits to show wear within a couple weeks, depending on individual care and pool factors. Hot tubs can ruin your suit. Once a suit has been worn it cannot be returned for defects.
- If you wish to return a UNWORN/UNUSED product within 30 days of receipt, include a copy of the invoice and the reason for the return. Original tags must remain attached. Returns after 30 days from purchase date will not be accepted.
- Any credits due to the customer will be returned in the same manner in which the purchase was made.
- Delivery charges may be added to exchanges.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
Technical Suit Return Policy:
- Technical suits purchased online, at meets or in store may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase in new and unused condition, with tags intact and original receipt.
- Before removing tags and/or trying on, please check suit thoroughly for any manufacturer defects.
- PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ONCE A TECH SUIT HAS BEEN TRIED ON, it will show wear, and cannot be returned as new. CLOSEOUT, DISCONTINUED, AND FINAL SALE TECH SUITS, ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
SHARE in the TEAR POLICY:
If you rip your tech suit within 30 days of purchase, the following options may be available to you below upon examination and approval, with original receipt, and sewn in tag attached.
- If rip is on a sewn seam, we will have repaired if applicable at N/C.
- If we can not repair the suit, we will allow a one time purchase per suit at 50% off the MSRP of equal or lesser value, or 50% off a "Sale" suit as marked. If you would like to keep your ripped suit, you may make a one time purchase at 35% off the MSRP of any tech suit or "Sale" suit as marked.
