BEFORE USE examine your products for any manufacturers' defects or shipping errors. East Valley Sports will replace UNWORN/UNUSED defective merchandise or correct shipping errors within 30 days of receipt. Manufacturers' warranties do apply.
- ATTENTION: Once swimsuits and/or swim accessories have been worn, they cannot be returned for defects. Please be aware that swimsuits will show wear within a couple weeks, depending on individual care and pool factors.

If you wish to return a product within 30 days of receipt, include a copy of the invoice and the reason for the return. Original tags must remain attached. Returns after 30 days from purchase date will not be accepted.
- CUSTOM SWIMSUITS may not be returned.

Any credits due to the customer will be returned in the same manner in which the purchase was made.

Delivery charges may be added to exchanges.

CUSTOMIZED, EMBROIDERED, EMBELLISHED, DECORATED, or USED items may NOT be returned or exchanged.
