The Tritan fin is the most commonly used fin for all levels
of swimmers. This rubber fin tends to run true to size for narrow and
regular width feet. For wide feet, we recommend the Speedo Trialon fins.

Training with fins helps make you a more effective swimmer. It helps you to point your toes and not bend at the knees.
Small fins are more difficult to use than longer fins - the
shorter the fin, the more work you have to do to balance the additional
weight of the fin.
Fins are a great tool to teach dolphin kick - you can kick with
both feet together very easily if you roll on your back and hold a
kickboard at your head. Plus its a great core workout!
